Our Top 10 Classic Sesame Street Songs

Growing up, I watch Sesame Street daily, and the quality of the content was so high that even the grown ups in the family watched it faithfully too. We thought that it would be an interesting trip down memory lane for some of our users to do a "Top 10 list".

We decided to do a top 10 list of classic songs. This was no easy task, so we had to set some criteria to make the job easier. This list only comprises songs that feature at least one main character, and the entries are judged based not only on the music, but the visuals or cinematography. We hope that this video brings back pleasant memories for you and enjoyable viewing for your kids.


We took a while to come up with this list. During that time, we replaced songs and changed the order. We even had to redo the video after completing it because we had conflicting views on a particular song. In the end, this is the list we came up with, but there were so many excellently done songs in the classic era of Sesame Street that I'm sure we've left out something you remember fondly.
